Ways to Help Because Kids Grieve
Money is always needed. Our Staff and Board of Directors are not paid. We work with caring volunteers and need finances to pay for our events and Camps.
Because Kids Grieve is a non-profit that relies on volunteers. Our board is Volunteers, our camp Nurses, Counselors, cooks and camp staff are all volunteer. They are the ones that make our organization possible. Helping children is our mission.
Showing children there are people who care and understand is a valuable gift. There are many ways to help, we are always searching for volunteers that can donate a little time and effort. It does not take as much as you think to make a difference. Our volunteers go through a background check and a drug test. It cost you nothing but time to volunteer. If you have a talent you wish to share, we would like to hear about it. No matter the skill.
You don’t need to offer money donations to make a big impact. We have a list of supplies our kids need for entertainment and workshop activities. Please consider making a donation to our wish list of needed supplies, we are always looking for more Teddy Bears.
